Hello! I’m Mike MacDonald the founder of MacDonald Fitness.
For the past eight years I have been an in-home personal trainer in Toronto working with all types of clientele. I am highly educated with a degree from York University in Health Studies and a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College. At York I was also a varsity athlete where I learned a tremendous amount of knowledge about physical fitness.
I currently specialize in helping clients who suffer from back pain. I educate my clients on how to move properly to wind down the pain and prescribe exercises to that are effective in preventing future injuries. I also work with seniors, individuals with autism and down syndrome.
