Hello! I’m Mike MacDonald the founder of MacDonald Fitness.

For the past eight years I have been an in-home personal trainer in Toronto working with all types of clientele. I am highly educated with a degree from York University in Health Studies and a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College. At York I was also a varsity athlete where I learned a tremendous amount of knowledge about physical fitness.

I currently work with business professionals, individuals with back pain, seniors and even have a client with autism. I will come to your home or condo, saving you expensive gym fees and valuable time.

Mike has been my personal trainer for a couple years now. I have had upper back and neck pain which was not improving. With Mike’s guidance of using proper form and technique I am able to build muscle and also reduce my upper back and neck pain.
